Shipping and Delivery

Items purchased on our site will be delivered through one of the following methods:

1. ​Digital goods are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at Checkout. If you do not see it, please check your Spam, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab. Pre-orders are automatically delivered to your BookFunnel library on release day, and you may not receive an email. Simply log into BookFunnel using the email address you used at Checkout and find your products in your BF library. For any BF questions, please contact Help@BookFunnel.com.

2. Signed bookplates and paperbacks are delivered via USPS. Signed paperbacks are only available for delivery to US addresses at this time. If you live outside of the US, signed bookplates are available for purchase. Lucy’s paperbacks are available to order through most book retailers, and signed bookplates can be placed inside each book. Please allow up to four weeks for delivery of signed items due to Lucy’s current travel schedule.

 

EU Shipping


EU customers can enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience with all taxes and duties paid at checkout.

  1. VAT and duty Inclusive Pricing: For orders under 150€ (excluding shipping and taxes), all VAT and customs duties are included in the price at checkout. No additional charges on delivery.
  2. Quick Customs Clearance: Orders under 150€ benefit from expedited customs processing, resulting in faster delivery times..
  3. Separate Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated separately and are not included in the 150€ limit. Please review shipping costs at checkout.
  4. Customs Support: If local customs charge any fees upon delivery, please contact us at admin@lucylennox.com for assistance.
