Shipping and Delivery
Items purchased on our site will be delivered through one of the following methods:
1. Digital goods are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at Checkout. If you do not see it, please check your Spam, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab. Pre-orders are automatically delivered to your BookFunnel library on release day, and you may not receive an email. Simply log into BookFunnel using the email address you used at Checkout and find your products in your BF library. For any BF questions, please contact Help@BookFunnel.com.
2. Physical goods are delivered via the carrier you select during checkout (or the most cost-effective carrier we select if none is selected). Signed books shipping to non-US addresses may incur taxes and duties upon receipt that will be the responsibility of the recipient. UK VAT, for instance, is not collected on this site and is the responsibility of UK recipients. A handling fee of $8 is added to international orders to help off-set the high cost of shipping mistakes. If you live outside of the US, signed bookplates are always available for purchase with a much lower shipping cost. Lucy’s paperbacks are available to order through most book retailers, and signed bookplates can be placed inside each book. Please allow up to four weeks for delivery of signed items due to Lucy’s travel schedule. (We promise to ship them out as soon as we can, and most orders are dispatched within 3 business days.)
